Portafina, one of the largest financial advisers in the local area, is on a massive recruitment drive to add over 100 people to its team.

Following a large uplift in the number of people seeking advice on their retirement options, the company is looking to add recruits to its professional, regulated call centre so that it can continue to provide the outstanding service it is known for.

At 3.1%, Medway's unemployment rate is higher than the national (2.9%), regional (1.8%) and Kent (2.4%) levels[1]. A strong advocate of supporting the local area, Portafina's recruitment goals could provide a career path for many of Medway's residents, and there's no requirement for specific skills or qualifications.

Portafina wants to hire 30 people over the next three months, and 100 within the next 18 months. In addition, 24 apprentices will be added to the team, with 12 in Business Administration and 12 in Sales.
