What Portafina is doing
We take the health and wellbeing of our staff seriously and, as such, the majority of our employees are now working from home so that they can continue to support you.
This means no change to our customer service operations. If you need support with your pensions, our expert teams are ready to assist you.
Although we expect minimal change to your experience, please do bear with us if response times are longer than usual.
