I hope that you and your family are safe and well. This is not an easy time for any of us and I know that you will be adjusting to a different way of living.

We’re closely following the impact that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our local communities and the small businesses within them.

We understand that many of you will be experiencing new and unexpected challenges during this difficult time and we’re committed to providing you with as much support as possible in this period of uncertainty.

What Portafina is doing

We take the health and wellbeing of our staff seriously and, as such, the majority of our employees are now working from home so that they can continue to support you.

This means no change to our customer service operations. If you need support with your pensions, our expert teams are ready to assist you.

Although we expect minimal change to your experience, please do bear with us if response times are longer than usual.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation and we will update this page if there are any changes or new developments in our service.
